This is the source-of-truth page for the July training block. Use it for locations, OYO rhythm, long-run sites, app links, and the weekly pattern families need to save. SportsYou is still the first place to check for same-day changes.

OYO by group: Cubs should mainly run at practice. Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday are good days for other activities or rest. If they want an extra run, Wednesday and Saturday can be 20-30 minutes easy with a few strides. Middle school follows the weekly rhythm: Tuesday and Friday are OFF, cross-train, or 20-30 minutes recovery; Wednesday is a little longer foundation run, usually 30-40 minutes with 5 strides; Sunday is OFF. High school athletes should check the Bears TC App for individualized training.
High school athletes: strength training should be part of the week 1-3x when appropriate. HS students may also go to the Palmer Ridge weight room at 11:00 AM on Mondays and Thursdays to lift unless SportsYou says otherwise.
