Use it for locations, OYO rhythm, HS-only options, calendar links, and the jump into July. SportsYou is still the first place to check for same-day changes.
Calendar sync: Use Add to Apple Calendar or Add to Google Calendar for a subscribed feed that can update. Download one-time .ics only if you want a static snapshot; downloaded files will not change automatically. OYO and OFF days stay visible on this full calendar page so your personal calendar does not get cluttered.
OYO by group: Cubs meet for practice on Mondays and Thursdays. Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday are great days for other activities or rest. If they want an extra run, Wednesday and Saturday can be 20-30 minutes easy with a few strides on their own. Saturday team practices are for middle school and high school unless SportsYou says otherwise. Middle school follows the weekly rhythm: Tuesday and Friday are OFF, cross-train, or 20-30 minutes recovery; Wednesday is a little longer foundation run, usually 30-40 minutes with 5 strides; Sunday is OFF. High school athletes should check the Bears TC App for their full individualized training.
HS lifting note: Palmer Ridge charges $50 per athlete for summer weight room access. Bears TC is covering that charge for our athletes, so there is no extra payment needed from families, but please understand this is a paid access program. HS-only options are called out directly in the calendar below.
