The app is where middle and high school athletes see daily training, workout notes, paces, and what to do if they miss practice. Cubs families do not need the app.
Parents may stay or leave during practice. Athletes should check in with a coach before leaving.

Keep it simple. These are the items that matter most for summer practice.
Use running shoes that fit well and are comfortable for daily practice.
A basic stopwatch works. A GPS watch is helpful, but not required.
Bring a filled bottle every day. Extra water in the car is smart on hot mornings.
Pack something the athlete will actually eat after practice.
Apply before practice. A light hat is fine if the athlete likes running in one.
Bring a light layer for cool starts and any athlete-specific medical items needed for safe practice.
This is the routine that prevents most confusion.
